Im looking to hire 2 people. 1 male and 1 female.
I am gonna be loosing 2 of my favorites. They are moving to Texas with her family at the end of the school year.
Looking for Service advisors hopefully with some automotive experience.
Mainly I am looking for people I can trust............I can teach everything else needed.
People with sales personalities that know how to get along with anyone. know how to read their customers, and know how to Listen to
others to make sure they are fulfulling their customers expectations. People that never say "Thats NOT my job"!

Yes they are leaving. Her parents , sisters, everyone is headed back to texas for good.
I understand. BUt yes it sucks. I have a lot of time invested in those 2. they were "clicking" and really kicking ass.
They are gonna stay until I find people and help train them.
But I am sure gonna miss them...........

lol thats funny cause i deal with that at work all the time and it bugs the crap out of me!!!!! there is no such thing as thats not my job!! we all have the same job and thats to make that company thrive and succeed , so our jobs is to do whatever it takes to make that happen, from making coffee to please a customer to come back or call customers for follow up calls !!! its called being a team......
