I'm moving to Canada next month where they already banned every gun I own. This will happen here to if we don't do something very soon. At the time of the Founders, "Well regulated Militia" meant that citizens should have military arms identical to the standing Army/Navy. As in "Is your rifle and ammunition"Regulation?" Is your cannon"Regulation?" The cannon seems to be what is left over from that time as it's still legal to own despite what our senile President might say.
In other words, "Well regulated" means that your arms are within military regulations for militia call ups. It was NEVER meant as a justification for excessive gun laws.

It is inevitable that they are going to ban guns in this country. Once all the boomers die that is it. The current 20 and 30 years olds are majority socialist and anti gun. It will happen in the next two or three decades. Plus add the 10 million illegals that Biden let cross the border that will be having kids here that 30 million new Democrat voters in the time span I mentioned.

The illegals will soon be the only ones allowed to own them. Give them an inch…they will take the yardstick and beat you to death with it. Yes it is inevitable unless there are more people willing to stand by the constitution than people willing to go door to door and violate it. Only time will tell. I wouldn't be so sure of that. The gun owner demographics continue to expand. We are approaching over 110 gun owners in the US. More Democrats are buying more guns than ever.
I have personally assisted Democrats from the local movie industry(Hollywood South) and members of the local Science Fiction clubs in picking out their first handguns and in learning how to shoot. I think of it as a cultural exchange.
YouTube is filled with many young people who are getting into guns. The gun haters areainly on Facebook. Video games in particular have many young gamers getting into guns. The John Wick movies alone have increased interest in guns with young people. There's even a YouTube channel with a couple of teens called "Dollar Store Guns."

The liberals I know don't like ARs, but they no longer want to see handguns banned. I am still working on getting them to accept ARs.

When so many hear that the weapon was a AR style be it a rifle or a shotgun or a pistol actually believe that is a Automatic ( as in 1 trigger pull means many multible rounds fired before trigger released).... The AR dates back to the orginal AR-16 (military rifle) and the AR was for Armalite the company that designed the rifle style.. .....................drill sgt.

The truth is that the Democrats are losing their shorts in this battle and are getting desperate. They also have problems with Pro-Gun/Pro-Abortion Democrats who are deserting Biden because he "failed to get Roe v Wade codified into law and now wants to waste time on gun crap."
Adding insult to injury, these Democrats are raged after Biden promised to "get Roe v Wade codified into law if you vote for me" when he could have done it years ago, then promises some Anti-Gun crap that they have no interest in.
I live in New Orleans and personally know some of these Democrats. They plan to vote 3rd party or even vote for Trump. Yes, the truth can be stranger than fiction.
