They have to. That property will always be a range. The EPA cleanup fees would be insane if they tried to close it and repurpose.

It was the city dump before it was a range. That's probably why the EPA approved a range in the first place.

I saw the new owner at the gun show in Gonzales this weekend. He told me they would open in April.
