Vulcan lower with standard m4 stock for 400.
Unknown upper on vulcan lower. M4 profile 16" bbl with railed gas block and thread protector. This is a slickside upper with no port door or FA. Flattop, collapsible stock, 3-30rd aluminum mags. $1000. Upper available separately for $700/Lower for $400.
These rifles can be shipped to a Louisiana resident via USPS for $30. See USPS and ATF regs below regarding legality:
