The high quality bolt carrier is made in the same forging house as DPMS, precision machined from ordnance-grade 4130 chrome moly steel, while the bolt is constructed of high strength 8620 steel. Upgraded M16 firing pin directly from Colt, hardened tool steel, heavy wide carrier for full-auto use. The entire bolt carrier assembly features a matte black manganese phosphate coating for superior corrosion resistance and durability.
