    Hey all, I am looking for a .22 conversion kit for the AR-15, all the websites are sold out and wanted to see if anybody had one they were looking to get rid of, new or used it doesn't matter. JOSH

    It's a good idea to run a couple FMJ/PSP rounds down the barrel in between each box or so (50-75rds) of non-jacketed ammo (like most .22 is), because lead tends to build up in the gas tube, and the higer pressure rounds blow alot of that out. This will do alot to prevent short stroking/having to disassemble the weapon to clean the tube.

    Just thought I would mention it.
