Has any of my fellow Bayou shooters purchased one recently and did you have any issues with it? I bought a new one from a dealer at the recent gun show in Lafayette and when I went shoot the rifle for the first time I was so bummed out. The rounds were hitting the target sideways (the bullets were tumbling) at 5, 25 and 50 yards and the bullets were all over the place on the target. I tried three different name brands of ammo and three different weights of ammo with the same results. I shot the same ammo in my Savage rifle and it functioned perfectly. I'm currently waiting for a shipping label from Henry so it can be shipped back to them so it can be fixed. I really like the rifle I just hope they get it fixed the first time it goes back to them.
