Good deal...keep it going, keep building up. Are you getting some tempo runs and long Fartlek in?
One of my athletes is gonna go run the half in Jan as well.

I usually run a tempo once a week. Usually on the shorter runs. I've been finding it easier to push my pace on the longer runs.
I've done maybe two Fartleks since I started training. It's something I always say I'm gonna do but when I get out to go run I talk myself into a distance run.
