So I just drove home from LSU and it seems like half of Baton Rouge is dark. According to WAFB and Entergy near 30,000 homes are without power in the Baton Rouge area. Driving around it seemed like a ghost-town. Anyone know exactly what happened? I presume a substation was hit with a car or something to that nature. We still have power at my house, but we are on a different circuit than the rest of our neighborhood, which is also without power.
