the only other one I've seen that embarassing was Ted Cruz smashing feinsteins face over the definition of "assault weapons"

I hope they crush the irs over this.

    This is REALLY Sad............

IF I was being audited by the IRS right now................
I would memorize word for word every answer these clowns are giving only to Regurgitate them to the agent assigned to my case.
I would have them ready to play on my laptop simultaneously while I repeated them out loud !

Only 12 percent believe the destruction resulted as an accident.

Now that says something! 12% think it could happen accidentally. Those 12 percent must not have any email accounts to their name to know their email isn't going to just vanish in a computer crash.

It just pisses me off at how stupid they think we are! And it pisses me off that they think they can get away with it!

Does the special committee have any judicial authority here to levy punishments on the wrong doers? Or will they have to send their finding to the unwilling, useless AG Holder who will do nothing?

The non-accountability is extremely frustrating. That IS what is driving Americans crazy today.
I mean this guy stood up there and MADE A F.ING JOKE right into the Face of the Special Committee!
You think he's worried? Heck no, NONE of them are. Who's going to prosecute them? Holder? the President?

Just as Gowdy says, as are MANY are saying.

The IRS keeps Business owners under tremendous weight, buried by mountains of paperwork,
and as Jon Stewart said makes us all paranoid borderline HOARDERS with our previous Tax Filings,
but the IRS only keeps 6 month back-ups?!

    ....sigh....jeez....
