I believe this is manufactured by Cobray, but I am not 100% sure. It has a rail mounted underneath the front of the tube. Everything functions fine. The previous owner only ever fired 12ga flares with an adapter (not included). It has a picatinny rail mount "rigged" up. It works fine and will mount to any rail, although it is not the prettiest thing it works well.

Asking $225 180 FTF in the Baton Rouge area.

Your WTS launcher looks similar to what I'm considering building. I have the idea of building something mostly in polymer and to keep the weight down, to only use metal where necessary. whilst building is enjoyable, it would also be reasonable to look into purchase of a used unit. it has been 2014 since price drop, and I'm curious as to the disposition, is launcher still for sale, and what is your bottom dollar that you'd be willing to accept? Sometimes it's better to purchase something to start out with when building and modify as desired.
