    I'm in bossier city/ shreveport and I need a dealer who can help me get a supressor, and get all the paperwork right.

    Any suggestions?

    Everyone talks about Baton Rouge, but that's 4 hours away!

    Also, do you have to do the LA paperwork if you bring a legal can in from another state?

    All cans require state paperwork regardless where it came from. Plus if it comes from out of state it will have to transfer to your dealer first, then you. Takes longer that way.

    Hmm..I called down there expecting alot of good help, and instead was basicly told I was bothering the guy on the phone, and that only his "boss" did the class 3 transfers, and that he "probably wouldn't want to do it".

    What the heck? Why are gun stores and their employees such idiots and jerks. And they wonder why I buy EVERYTHING I own on the internet and not their 30% markup prices and their assh@le attitudes.

    On a side note, I talked into some sporting good store asking about class 3 (supressor) and the guy behind the counter acted like he didn't even know what it was until i said "sil-en-cer". And that's when the shreveport policeman standing next to me informed me that it was illegal to have a silencer. I told him he's a moron.
