I have a Chamberlain lift master gate opener. None of the openers are working properly and now the gate beeps when it opens or try's to close. Need help on what to look for to trouble shoot it. Or someone local around Baton Rouge/Prairieville area who can service it at a decent price. Im unsure on who installed it. It was here when i purchased the house. I have checked the power to the outlet and plug/ transformer to control box shows power.

Mine used to beep when the 12v battery would get bad. Used to replace it about once a year.
