    Anyone have any health or fitness goals they want to share? A little motivation goes a long way.

    Here is my list that I made about a week and a half or go. I want to have all of this done by the end of the 1st quarter of the year, and if all goes according to plan I should have it done by end of Feb!

    300 lb Bench
    325 lb Back Squat
    285 lb Front Squat
    24 minute three mile
    Muscle-up Handstand
    40 strict pullups - straight
    6 min mile
    13 min two mile
    215 lb clean
    215 lb push press

    I just hope to make another year without catching an STD or getting some skank pregnant. I want to have LASIK done as well.

    My 2015 health goal is getting my back, shoulder and eyes repaired so they will operate near normal. The other parts can wait until 2016.

    Just to keep myself honest....

    Bench is right at 325 now
    Squat 345ish
    front squat 300-315 (I haven't maxed yet, but I can do 290 x3)
    Meh on the running - too hot!
    I got to 40 strict pullups in Feb, and since have stopped doing any more than 30 strict. I did 45 butterfly pullups in 1 min today though
    Running = evil - I can do a 7 min mile though :/
    Cleaned 225 last weekend
    Probably can do 225 push press. Unsure still. Will attempt this weekend likely!

    Anyone else?!

    How are everyone's fitness goals going?!

    Mine are going pretty bad this year. Plantar Fasciitis struck with a vengeance and doing cardio is extremely limiting with the exercise bike getting boring. Then I had surgery and a cancer scare just last month, so I took some time off from the gym to recover from the surgery and am just getting started again. Besides the fact that getting old sucks combined with the health setbacks, I'm going to keep on trudging away at it!

    The good news is that the growth removed near my lymph node under my arm was benign. Talk about a way to mess with you mentally while waiting for the biopsy to come back...
