Just curious what caliber your planning on shooting and what the wall thickness is. I'm doing a form one also just gotta put a check in envelope and send it out.

.223/5.56 I measure it at .085". Many have made these for 300BLK and .308. I got the steel tube cause I think aluminum is a little light for 5.56, and I didn't want to spend the extra $$ on titanium if it doesn't work. Got everything but the freeze plugs at SD Tactical. I will get the freeze plugs at NAPA for 0.69 each rather than the $2.00 SD charges. They come 12 to a pack from NAPA.

That's gonna make for a long suppressor. Don't wanna be a know it all, but you may want to drill larger holes in the baffles toward the far end to allow for any degree of misalignment. Baffle strikes ain't no joke and the longer the can, the more chance for that to occur.

Yeah 10" is a little longer than most 556 but nothing wrong with a little more volume especially for what you have in it!! You don't have any way to measure runout from where the 1/2-28 threads are to the end do you? Would be interesting to know how concentric it all is.
