My company is currently seeking two full time IT Engineers Level 1. They are an international company with a local division in St. Rose, LA. Excellent benefits - here's the posting from HR:
IT Engineer Level I (Entry level)
As IT Engineer Level I working in the Regional Service Centre your tasks may include:
Responsible for support services for end‐users in all sites, primarily North, Central, South
America and Canada.
Rotate with Singapore and Norway service centres in order to support 24/7 (including weekends and
public holidays on rotation basis).
Support end‐users onsite (which might include travel), or troubleshoot on phone
Solve incidents by following established processes and procedures and using current tools.
Professional Qualifications:
Candidates must have knowledge, skills and experience in, however not limited to, the following:
Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
Network knowledge
Client Management
Customer service
Personal Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
Team player
Flexible, responsible and dependable
Ability to multi task
Customer service oriented
Good communication skills and fluent in English
Willing to travel
Willing to learn new skills and obtain new knowledge
Be able to work weekends on rotation basis
