Got this email earlier today from BS entitled failed login notification and changed my password immediately. IP address is some hacker club in Germany that I'm guessing is trolling BS because we're a "weapons" site. Anyone else?

No need to change your passwords. The email you are getting is because a bot tried to log in to your account five times and was unsuccessful. That means they didn't get your password. We do have active tools that keep most of these bots at bay, but they do slip through and manage to get five login attempts sometimes. They try normal things like "123456" and "password". As long as you have a decently complex pass, you are good.

If your password is "password" or "123456", you deserve to have a bot login to your account and try to sell all of your friends and family viagra.

Someone tell me, what interest would a bot have with a BS account? Not likely to have SSN or account numbers and pins they can see there, is there? Maybe a little paypal info? Why?

It also appears as though they're targeting inactive accounts.

We're banning these IPs as quickly as they are detected and in large blocks based on country as well.
