Thinking about using them to repair rear quarter panel on Scion TC. Saw mixed reviews so I'm coming here for the real deal inside scoop on them. Use them or not ?

I used them for ins work about 3 years ago... They did very good, and found some stuff the adjusters didnt find to fix, but of course they make more money off of ins for that, but work was good, car was cleaned and detailed before pick up, I would use them again

I'm a bit late replying here, but we used Jeffery's to repair some damage to my wife's van. Initially, completion was promised within 7-10 days. That was extended repeatedly for various reasons ("found something else", "wrong parts", etc); we finally got the van back after 28 days. Quality of work was good, but that frustration alone would make me think twice about using them again.
