I don't know if these things are still hard to fine, but Academy in Harahan as a Glock 43 in the cabinet for $499.

Academy in Slidell, Covington, & Hammond don't have any.

I found a Glock 42 once, though.

I also have 42s in stock.

It works IWB, OWB, Ankle, Vest, ETC.

Get bigger pockets.

IMO, pocket carry should be conditional and not a primary method of carry.

I carry a Glock 17, AIWB, with a t-shirt and shorts. If the Glock 43 is too big for your pockets, then you need bigger pockets.

My buddy back pocket carries with a wallet holster. Fits nicely. Not sure I could fit it in front pocket wo seriously printing

I was able to pocket carry my 43 today in a sticky holster. Very surprised as there was no way to pocket carry my Shield. I'm not a big guy (5'9 155) and don't have large pockets. Actually seemed to fit better than my lcr snub nose 38. Definitely flatter without the cylinder. It's not something I would do all the time but it worked.
