You get what you pay for. I would recommend spending the little extra $ and get a top performer silencer co., dead air, thunderbeast, etc.you are going to go thought the wait period and all the paperwork hassle, at least make it worth your while and buy something good. Now to answer your question, I have some direct experience with the HA .22 cans and while very cheap, seemed pretty decent for what it was. I opted for a specte II for a little more money and is a much higher quality can.
Silencertalk.com has a wealth of info on it, check it out.
I bought one of their 22lr cans. It isnt as quiet as a SiCo. It's built tough... no frills. I got it for a song when Meplat got a whole bunch of them. I don't regret it.
Personally I would pass on Huntertown. There are a lot better suppressors our there. Your're going to be stuck with it for life might as well save up and get something good.
I've got a Huntertown Arms Guardian 22 suppressor - very happy with it. Probably 1,500 rounds through it without any issues. To me it gets down the the Ferrari vs Corvette. In the end the Corvette performs just as good as the Ferrari but cost a whole lot less......
I've been useing a guardian 9 mm can on my 4 inch sbr an havent had any issues with it , not as quiet as my tirants but does what i need an preforms pretty good an cleans up easy.
We have plenty of most of their cans and for a 22 can that you can buy from under $200, they are good. With subsonic ammo they are as quiet as some of the $500 ones.
