Last time I saw him on the news they had him in Livingston for a court date and took him back to EBR

He's never getting out before trial.

I predict he will not get life without parole. I am going with 50-75 years, with time served, and a parole option. Say after 30 years minimum.

In Louisiana, Aggravated rape of a child under 13 could also bring about the possibility of death penalty. It VERY rarely happens, but is an option.

I find it sad that his legal counsel decided (for whatever reasons) to bail.

If he did what he's charged with then "good luck, Chuck."

I will assume that he's innocent until proven guilty of the charges .
