So those metal detector wand things that they use at events to keep people from bringing in weapons...does anyone have experience with how well they work? Last night we went and saw Seinfeld and they wanded all of us and nothing seemed to set them off. Any idea if they aren't sensitive or just don't work that well?

if they are set sensitive enough to use, they do work well, but they need to be calibrated well .. where were you?> was anyone you know carrying a gun?? did they get passed it?

The sensitivity can be adjusted and most in use will pick up something as small as a belt buckle, coins, keys, etc.
