Found wallet of Us Navy serviceman trying to return.

I found the wallet of a US Navy serviceman with Virginia license, credit card, military ID and a little cash. Found today in the Baton Rouge area.
My Google fu sucks and I don't do face book. Any ideas on obtaining a phone number.

Sent via telegraph with the same fingers I use to sip whiskey.

Nearest command or recruiter can locate his duty station and command's duty phone number.

I put 357 in an email to the service member. He's a Seaman so I don't know how often he will check his email.
