I looking at buying an antebellum home in the GBR area. Due to the ago of the home and known water penetration occurring I would like to have a home inspector who is licensed in using infrared technology to inspect behind the walls for mold, lack of insulation, and damage. An added bonus would be someone who has experience in remodeling historic properties. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!
