    LSUPD has been notified of a shooting @ Ed Gay Apts. Police are on the scene. Two male victims. No suspects at this time. Please use caution! More information will follow as it is available.

    Check the University regs....they coincide with the law. They can add additional penalties for violating the law (such as expelling a student, or firing an employee), but they can't expand the regs beyond what the law allows.
