Several years ago the guys from The Advantage Group were selling First Aid kits. I bought one and had it in my Jeep. Well it got wet recently and I need to replace some of the stuff. Curious if anyone has a list of what was included?

The one I got was from Tactical Response Gear (V.O.K.). It came in a vacuum sealed bag. It has survived a canoe mishap and two floods in my locker and been just fine. Goes with me on every hunting and range trip. Luckily it has never been out of my go bag other than to clean and check everything.

Look up a Dark Angel Medical Gen 3 kit. Its nearly identical to what Dave328 listed.

Medical supplies have a definite lifespan.
Sterility is not guaranteed past a certain time, medications lose their efficacy (or sometimes become more potent which is equally dangerous), bandages may lose adherent qualities and many other problems.
Fresh medical supplies are very important and even sealed from moisture, the heat we live with in Louisiana can dramatically shorten the effective lifespan of these commodities.
Inspecting items and keeping them up to date is critical.

Have you ever opened an old first aid kit and smelled a rubbery/plastic smell?
Out-gassing over time is the culprit and is quite damaging.
Would you feel comfortable in using such items on yourself or your family?

    Sorry, just a rant.
    Be safe ya'll.

The pieces I listed is from the label on one of those AG kits. I bought 2. One went in my range bag and the other os in my truck. They came in real heavy gauge ziploc bags.

    Another short rant...
Please get training in how to use medical supplies.
All the equipment in the world is useless in real life without proper training.
First aid isn't as sexy as firing guns but is essential; the two skip happily hand-in-hand.
    Be safe and get educated.

    Winner winner.

I don't think any of the AG GAK kits are left, but TacMed Solutions, Dark Angel Medical, and North American Rescue are all good sources for replacement supplies.

This. And while sealed kits are handy and may prolong the lifespan of the products, I'd highly recommend buying extras that you can actually use and practice with. Personally I keep my good stuff sealed, and buy cheaper milsurp supplies (US Army and Marines IFAKs, etc) to practice with (after receiving proper instruction).
