    Hunting lease in Tensas Parish

Gauging interest for a hunting lease in Tensas Parish. Land runs to the river. Just trying to see if anyone would be interested before we sell.
Looking for a little more time in the A zone.

No one else is leasing it. 42 acres for deer hunting. I have no idea what to ask for it. Our other property is little over 400 acres and includes deer and duck hunting but it's already in a lease.

no address... it's just woods with no buildings anywhere on it. Google Earth St. Joseph up here and pan out directly east from the court house and that should give you an idea what the land looks like.

We're getting better than $28/acre on our other property. Once the lease is up we're going to set up for periodical sub leasing. I know we can't get that for this property as it hasn't been developed as well. I'm going to try and put some work into it this year to make it nicer to hunt on.
