Looks way too fancy of a meal for a backpacking trip. Where's the saltines, potted meat, and Vienna sausages?

Total weight for the food was right at 2 lbs, including 1 lb of meat. My base weight is 11 lbs. After water and food, I was still under 20 lbs total, near ultralight weights.

It looks good! You definitely put a lot of effort figuring out how to gourmet in the woods. I didn't care about that when I was backpacking a lot. We were also doing 3-4 nights though and had to plan accordingly. Now, I'd probably do something similar.
