Pull and release mode seems pretty cool. And if the batteries die the rifle is mechanically the same as any other. If this is a repost sorry.

They need a better name. Every gun I own has a "digital" operated trigger.

Sounds interesting but not something I would be running out to buy. In addition I feel the fire on release would be a bad idea in most ways. I would at least think the 6 seconds could be shortened and moving the selector switch would also disable the fire on release function. I would also want the ability to totally disable the FOR function so it could be locked out from being used.

Fire on release is definitely not something I want to share a range with.

I think it is better than the Remington EtronX system which used electronically fire primers. I did handle one but never fired it as it was in someones living room. Virtually no trigger pull or break and the safety was essentially a small on/off switch. It was from a whole nother time period in terms of technology.

I think they were smart in combining it with normal trigger function and primers.

Opps, so what ar are you going to build to use the trigger, 5.56, 7.62x39, 300 blackout, etc.?

Good question, If it's just a toy 7.62x39 would be a great choice for ammo costs...

Honestly gonna drop in a 5.56 for now.
If it works out it would most likely go in a 7.62 AR . I'm gonna talk to Magdump and see what he recommends for a new build.

Well it's similar, but the digital trigger is much lighter than franklin armory trigger.

Yes and Franklin you have to shim,file,fit. This one is "drop in" we shall see.
