George called the weather correctly again. Little cool, warmed up and then the wind started up. In spite of the wind or maybe because, we had some really nice scores. Congrats to Bill Jenkins with a 489-16, followed by Robert Bose with 481-8. “Just showing off” is what George mentioned about the scores.
We had a nice turnout of 25 shooters including 6 Juniors. Had a few new shooters and some who have been out of the game for a while. Glad to see everybody!

As always, some thanks are in order. These matches don’t run themselves, it takes a fair bit of work behind the scenes and participation of everybody to make it go well; George for running the match, Lee Shall for calling the match, Norman Bennett for helping George with the target service and the Dept. for allowing us the use of the facilities.
