I have a bunch of these on hand (I am a SOT dealer) and they are quality items. Keep in mind that the .22's are all aluminum so you might only get 1k or so out of them before the baffles start eroding but, for the money, they are great. Face it, most people will never put 1k rounds through a can anyway.

The larger cans (I have some 5.56 here and .30 cals on the way) are also nice. They aren't a Silencerco or AAC but they also don't cost a quarter of those brands. You don't get QD and some other features but for the guys looking for a budget can to live on a camp gun they are great. Most of my customers that have bought these are looking for something to throw on a .22 or .223 bolt gun to shoot coons and what not out the back door. I wouldn't use one of these if I was kicking doors in AssPakistan but I don't think anyone is going to make that an issue.

Not a whole lot out there on them, as they haven't been on the market long enough for them to have been delivered and ATF approved for any end users. I would expect the "get what you pay for" adage to apply here, and I'm sure they are decent for the price. I also just wouldn't expect much for that price. I'd bet the .22 can probably gets the job done, but I'd be much more wary of the centerfire can and would like to see some reviews after long term use.

PERSONALLY, for an item I'm going to pay the ATF $200 for the privilege of owning and then basically be married to for life, upfront cost is not the primary concern. I'll pay a little extra for a known good item. But if nothing else, I think these could be good "gateway cans", getting people into the NFA game that may have been held back by budget.

Most people will never put 1K rounds through a can ? Are you serious ? Most people will do that in 3 sessions.

There is a long thread on a dealer-only forum about the Rebel silencers. According to multiple dealers the quality is crap, the customer service and communication is even worse, along with long wait times, missed deadlines, excuses, etc. You get what you pay for.
