    Makes sense. I just remember seeing the same type on a flatbed with the same color scheme yesterday, but dont recall exactly where. I think it was Slidell but Im not certain.

    It basically says, crudely translated to English "Take heed, the limit of pressure for tires is 70psi". Englishified, "DANGER, MAXIMUM TIRE PRESSURE 70 PSI"

    These tend to be used for medical/Red Cross/NATO relief stuff.
