    its all about the Benjamin's , that way all money will go to local , parish and state agencies . that state budget shortfall is not going to fix itself....lol

    There's a bunch that need to be weeded out . My son just took a course from one of the well known Instructors in the Baton Rouge area and he said it was terrible . I think this guy is probably POST though .

    the money you would pay to take the course from a POST certified instructor. You have to be full time law enforcement to be a POST instructor. if your taking the course for example say the local Sheriffs office or the state police. you will be paying the department to take the course. not the instructors.

    Negative, any POST Instructor can teach on his own and keep all funds.

    really ? I didn't know that, seems like that would be a conflict of interest or an ethics violation since your agency is paying your to get your certification from POST and you using that for personal gain not to mention taking away paying customers from an agency if they are teaching a class also. if they can do that then good for them !
