Read through all the CLASS III stickies in the "Informative Threads and Stickies" post at the top of this forum.
Is anyone going to update this list or the info in the posts that are linked in the CLASS III section?
I am only asking because as someone looking for info on the new regulations to owning a Class III or buying one, this info was not helpful.
The info is helpful, only if I were looking to buy a Class III weapon in 2008-2015.
Those posts need to either be updated or allowed to sink into history.
If I could I would, but I do not know enough about Class III to help update.

If anyone has a website I can go to that lists out the steps needed to take for an individual who owns a trust and wants a Class III item, please post it here.
I just need to know:
1. Go get some fingerprints, 2 sets for each trustee of the trust
2. Go get pictures of each trustee, 2 per trustee just like for your passport
3. Send a letter to your local law to inform them of what your doing
4. Pay your money, get a money order for $200.00
5. Have the place your buying the Class III item from send in all the crap you collected in the first 3 steps.
6. Wait forever for our gov to get off its Ace and do some work
if I missed anything below, or if something needs to be deleted, let me know...
