    I have done a bunch of homework. Including talking to attorneys. Any advice giving/received on this board or any other should be taken for what you paid for it.

    I teach both classes, have been a member of an excellent Church Security Team for many years and have experience as a Legal Investigator and LEO.
    What I stated and you quoted comes from the Louisiana Concealed Handgun Division. Yes, this is B S Forum so take everything posted with a grain of salt.
    My disclaimer is: I am not an Attorney and I do not give legal advice. I suggest having a very good Attorney if legal advice is needed.

    You're not an attorney, (and did not represent yourself to be one) but you replied to an info/opinion request on this thread and gave very good, sound, and accurate information. I think that makes you a valuable member here and I appreciate your willingness to share your knowledge and experience. Pretty damn good free advice. And I agree that if anyone wants more than a layman's opinion, pay for legal advice.
