With the heavy rains in the BR area we've had this evening I just noticed a leak in my roof that's coming down my chimney pipe and dripping. Does anyone know a good company I could call tomorrow to come out and take a look at the issue and get it fixed?

Probably flashing not weather proofed with the black tar substance. Could be from recent roofing job or could be old and just needs replacing. Good luck jim

I've had really good experience with Antonio Roofing. Always respond fast and take care of the customer. They were the lowest bidder on the job recently but did an awesome job. Call and ask to speak to Larry. (225) 205-7707

My previous house had a similar problem. Could be several reasons. Flashing, ice/water shield missing, loose or nonexistent insulation, etc. Whoever you hire, make sure they look behind the siding (unless it's a brick chimney). The plywood was tootaly rotted on mine because the builder did not insulate it.
