Where and how are you guys carrying a backup mag for your CCW pistol? I'm running out of pockets, and I can't seem to find a simple solution for a belt mounted holster. Most seem to be too big for just holding a single stack mag.

Like this crossbreed seems bigger than my gun holster.

Here is what I use for single mag carrier. Can be turned outside the waistband or inside the waistband and the mag can be turned bullets forward or bullets to the rear.

I don't always carry an extra mag, but when I do, its in my non-dominant hand pocket. I have a few mag carriers, but I'm not a fan. They all print too much.

Seems to me a good location for a spare mag carrier would be as an ankle carry. Fairly natural that if you did ever need to reload, you would probably want to be in a crouch position anyway, and that would lend to easy access to an ankle mag. Anyone know if such a thing is available on the market?

I did buy the mag Carrier from alien gear. It can be owb or iwb and can be single or double and can be clipped or strung on a belt. I needed it for a class I'm taking. I have not used it but I tried it and is very good. I would take a look at it.

That's pretty much what I was looking for. That's perfect for a single stack. I've been carrying it in my pocket watch pocket which isn't bad, but I just figured there was a better option I wasn't seeing.
I got mine in May of 2015 and have been using them ever since. They still work as good as the first day. The rifle pouches are great also.
