Hello all, would like to compile a list of all LA ranges that are 300 yards and beyond.

I am aware of Eymards and Thibodaux Shooting Center. Any others?

    Thanks.

Whoa, the membership fee is steep! You can almost get a hunting lease for that!

Yeah, but if you are one of the first 100 or so, it works out to only 500.00 per year, and they have some pretty awesome things there and planned for the near future.

i think the intent is to make it more exclusive. Not a "public range". I am guessing no bump firing my SKS. lol

Being military that seems to be the fee I pay regardless, that's still crazy expensive... If it had more open times maybe, like members that go through an rso class have Access during daylight hours, and can be there themselves . I understand insurance reasons and the lease agreement but I'm going to hold off until I know I can go for more than just one weekend a month! Then it may be worth it... Unless they have free beer ( after shooting of course lol)

Members will have access a MINIMUM of one five day weekend per month as a guarantee, but with rare exception, they should be able to go more often.

hmmm I have 2,000 acres of hunting property for those prices I could make a killing........ it sounds impressive, but that membership fee for the time (at least imo) is too much.

MCTA range in picayune Mississippi has a 200 yard and the owners are trying to get more land to add longer distances ( up to 1000 yards I believe). I will ask them next time I'm up there. They also have optional membership, $300 a year with 24/7 access.

EDIT: not in LA but just a quick hop into Ms from me.
