Yesterday I did a little experimenting with appetizers.
Saturday I picked up some fresh shrimp from a seafood lot that sells every Louisiana seafood you can want. These were seasoned with Devil Dust and set aside to be cooked last.

Earlier I prepped some ABTs with five of them being stuffed with a crawfish/cream cheese mixture and fresh shrimp and the rest with a cream cheese, cheddar cheese and green onions mixture with pulled pork.

    Ready for the Keg.

Lastly was some two bite sized boudin links.

These two things went on the Keg at the same time.

Here they are almost done. The ABTs got a jalapeno pepper glaze before taking them off the grill.

When that was done I added the round BK steel to the Keg and kicked the heat up abit to ckked the shrimp on.

    The shrimp came out fantastic!

A little sampling of all three by the family approved these were all absolutely delicious!

The shrimp/crawfish ABTs were fantastic as were the pulled pork version. The boudin was great as always when done on the grill with a nice almost crisp snap of the casing and the shrimp had a nice spicy kick of heat from the Devil Dust. The shrimp were addictive!

Sorry, I just saw your question. These small links are actually Manda but it doesn't taste like their other larger link boudin. Picking up 24 lbs tomorrow and sad to know this source is discontinuing carrying this product.
