I know a woman that had a seizure last week and was transported to the ERl. I had a friend that had a seizure about 10 years ago on vacation in Arkansas and was taken to the ER.
The state of La. took her DL for 1 year so no driving for a year.
My question is how is the state notified that a person has had a seizure and the process for the DL to be pulled? Is it the hospital that reports it or who and does everyone that goes to the ER with a seizure get the DL pulled for a year?

I was told that he was never medically treated for them, and knowing him, it may have been a lie. Long story short, he asked me to help him get a welding job and failed a drug test after swearing up and down that he was clean. After that fiasco, he told me that he smoked pot to control his seizures and I told him I was done trying to help him get a job! We haven't spoken much since then.
