I don't think i would push it, Their range Their rules and everything.....

Not trying to "push" anything. I just want to know if there is a statue that says they can not allow it on their property or not. Or, is it their rule?

I've been told by a pawn shop that they could not allow private sales on their property either and it was an ATF rule. Now, was that them not wanting someone to undercut their business in their house, possibly but maybe not.

I don't think FRC would change their stance without it being a rule as part of their FFL, since they are already being so accommodating to us for this event and initially thought it was a good idea.

Not argueing any ot that at all. Just want to know if it is an atf statue or a business rule. And also not trying to ride or degrade FRC about anything since they are being very accomadating for the meetup. Just wondering about any legal issues.

I'd be happy to clarify. I checked with higher management and the owner and the reasoning was that if something were to happen where a firearm was sold and then later used in an unlawful way the seller/buyer would possibly say they sold it at our location, bringing us into the picture and possibly causing larger problems for the range. Sorry guys. But feel free to sell anything other than firearms, and negotiate firearm sales, they just can't be sold on our property.

It is their place that they are providing as a courtesy for the meet up and their rules. I dont recall trying to bash them up or disagree with them over it. I was just asking for an explanation if it was a law/statue, ordinance, or their rules that they needed to adhere to. Simple question and they answered it.

Just finished up a batch of double stack single mag carriers. I'll bring a couple to put in the door prize pool ;-)
Can be worn OWB or IWB and mags turned either way.

Don't forget to apologize every 10 minutes and buy her some flowers for whatever you did!:mamoru:

Unfortunately it isn't something I did, that would be easy to fix, but I'll take the idea and buy some flowers lol
