Kentucky Derby

Anyone going to watch the Kentucky Derby today? I like to watch it due to there are usually a few jockeys from Louisiana, and this year there are 3 from here with 2 being fairly local hometown guys.

Winning horse was "Always Dreaming" and 2nd place was "Looking At Lee" with a Lafayette, LA. jockey on the horse!

I can understand as its not for everyone. I like to go to Evangeline Downs occassionaly to eat some good food, play a few slot machines, watch a few horse races, place a few bets, win a little money, lose a little money, and just to have a good time!

I watched it all day, love the horse races! I thought it was a good race, very muddy but a lot of fun to watch. Now let's see if he can chase the Triple Crown
