Thinking back I'm pretty sure I didn't tighten it down all the way before I locked the ASR.

The point of this post was to give silencerco a great review for their customer service. I was defiantly at fault. It was not a product default slim anyway. It was my stupidity 100%. And they took care of me. I was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars for that mistake.

Good to know. Thanks for the heads up. I have an Omega as well but have not messed around with the mounts at all.
Had you shot it with that rifle before? I'd double check the alignment when you get it back. Also, make sure there is no crush washer b/t the muzzle device and barrel. Even some 'gunsmiths' get this wrong and that is known to cause alignment issues.

I've confidently shot with both rifles before many of time. If I had to guess I have put at least 300 rounds through the omega with both of my rifles.

I started reloading subsonic 308. It's so quiet! I laughed like a special kid making fart bubbles in the bathtub when I shoot it!
