Lowes runs that sale every year around memorial day and a couple other holidays. Now I had no clue Home Depot was able to get the twin 18.6lb bags. It's a great deal for sure and I also stock up for the year when it's on sale.
Home Depot and Lowes will give 10% off to vets. Just show ID at checkout.

They laser scan a sticker for veterans discount at Home Depot all year long (not just Memorial/Veterans)
Wouldn't give me an extra 10% because it was already on special
Correct Lowe's and Home Depot is 10% off for vets year round and have been doing it for a long time. Also Lowe's has always given my wife 10% off on top of the sale price.
