    Ok so getting a small procedure at the doctors in the Morn, so did everything today since said take it easy after!
    So did what my wife likes and rolled up some Crab Stuff {think "IT" is really fish} But what she likes.
    Cucumber, And Philly Cream Cheese. Some special sauce
    Rolled up 15 trays worth! and made a Spiced, Soy Sauce, Cooked Lettuce thing

    Easy to do inside out rolls if ya put the Bamboo mat inside a 1 gallon zip lock bag. Di as shown put rice in shiney side. Flip over onto mat, that is on zip lock
    Then stuff stuff inside and roll.
    Boiled shrimp with crab boil and veggies is great
