I have all 3. They're all great guns. My favorite is the CZ but really only bc of the walnut stock and integrally suppressed barrel on mine. The rotary mag on the Ruger is better than the other 2 straight mags. Savage just released their B22 upgraded version of the MKII, which also uses a rotary mag. I've shot the 22 mag version of it and like it a lot. The stock is nicer also. Accuracy is near on par with all 3, but the cz is a little less picky about ammo. The savage is the most picky; really prefers Eley and SK ammo.
