I registered my lower for 10.5 in barrel, however, I decided I wanted to go with a 10.3 in barrel due to availability. What process should I take on this?

It's written on your form 1:
Change of Description or Address: The registrant shall notify the NFA Branch, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, 244 Needy Road, Martinsburg, WV 25405, in writing, of any change to the description of the firearm in Item 4, or any change to the address of the registrant.

If you already have your stamp just write them a letter. If you haven't received I would wait until you do to write the letter. It's really not a big deal unless you go to sell the SBR. When it's transferred to another person it has to be the configuration on the Form 1.
