Since you look like you are in the know what did he get?
I am in the know because I saw a news report on the 6 o'clock news. He already has a life term for another charge. They added another life term, with the agreement that if the first life term is overturned, he has the opportunity to change his plea to the latest one. So he really didn't get anything he didn't already have.
