I'm using Google Photos to post pictures. It's not quite as easy as Photobucket used to be, but there's no extortion involved.
Upload the photo to Google Photos.
Move the photo into an album marked public.
Click on the photo to enlarge.
Right click to copy pic address.
Use the forum HTML Image button to add IMG brackets.
It's that easy, or not easy. It seems to work, but only if you move the photo to an album. If not, the image appears, then vanishes.
Here's a pic I posted in the classified using this method.
The URL inside the IMG brackets is huge, but it seems to work.
