Palo Alto High Power Match 19 August 2017
Competitors,
The 80 shot high power across the course match is on for tomorrow. Bring
plenty of water and enjoy a day of friendly competition. Registration
opens at 0700 and closes at 0800. $12.00 for members of Palo Alto and
$15.00 for non-members. $5.00 for juniors. If you require junior support
please let me know this evening.
Unless we have a severe target shortage before the Regional in October,
I have deferred a target rebuild day until cooler weather. That said,
there will be a work day immediately following the 16 September 2017
regularly scheduled match. A couple of loads of dirt will be dropped off
on either end of the 600 yard firing line and that dirt needs to be
brought up to the north and south ends of the firing line to neaten
things up and give the firing line a finished look. If we all pitch in
it should not take long at all. I will bring a wheelbarrow and shovels.
We could use at least another wheelbarrow or two. So please consider
helping out at the conclusion of the 16 September match.
